For the purpose of this section, Buyer would include any user choosing to use the services offered on our Portal. Seller means Us/Online portal/ the Company.
While availing any of the payment methods available on https://www.VETKART.ORG , We will not be responsible or assume any liability, what so ever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to you due to:
(A) Lack of authorization for any transaction(s), or
(B) Exceeding the preset limit mutually agreed by you and between ‘Bank(s)’, or
(C) Any payment issues arising out of the transaction, or
(D) Decline of transaction for any other reason(s).
All payments made against the services on https://www.VETKART.ORG by you shall be compulsorily in Indian Rupees. The Online portal will not facilitate transaction with respect to any other form of currency with respect to the purchases made on Online portal.
(i) We make every effort to make sure that the pricing and availability of Products on our Online portal is accurate and up to date. However, rarely, there may be an error on the pricing of a product or an error related to products availability. In such cases, we are not responsible for any typographical errors and we reserve the right to cancel the sale.
(ii) We reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies or omissions related to pricing and products availability/descriptions, even after you have submitted your order, and to change or update any other information at any time without prior notice.
(iii) Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery location as well as the type of products you order.
(iv) You can make the payment via any one of the following methods of payment: Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking or Cash on Delivery. Other mode of payments may also be facilitated by us from time to time.
(v) Credit/Debit Card and Net Banking Payments are processed via our online payment service partners.
