Duphalac Syrup (Lemon Flavour) is a gentle and effective laxative containing Lactulose, designed to relieve constipation and support liver health. It works by drawing water into the intestines, softening stools, and promoting natural bowel movements. Additionally, it helps reduce blood ammonia levels, making it beneficial for patients with hepatic encephalopathy.
